"Toujiang" charges a service fee of 9% of the total registration fee for the film festival, which includes all operational, transaction, and general promotional costs. The service fee will be reduced in the following situations.

"Global Lowest Price"

"Global Lowest Price" is a special feature introduced by "Toujiang" aimed at offering discounted registration fees for "submitter" users while helping organizers attract more film submissions. You can activate the "Global Lowest Price" feature when registering the film festival. Alternatively, you can set it after completing the registration by going to "Festival Management" → "Manage Units." During the review process of your film festival's online status, we will also verify the authenticity of your "Global Lowest Price." The verification criterion is whether the fees in any stage of registration through any of your channels (including your official website) are higher than or equal to the registration price you set in "Toujiang." If so, the "Global Lowest Price" will be activated. When the "Global Lowest Price" is in effect, your film festival will display a special "Global Lowest Price" tag on the "Toujiang" homepage, and we will also mention it in our promotional activities. Users will register for your film festival at this price, and we will settle with you at this price. In this case, you will enjoy a discounted service fee rate of 7% of the total registration fee.

Please note that the prices from all channels, including member prices from other third-party collection platforms such as the Gold Member prices on FilmFreeway, will be considered. If you open different units on different platforms, we will review all units listed on "Toujiang." If there are different names or combinations of units for the same film on different platforms, we reserve the right to manually assess whether to approve the "Global Lowest Price." After your festival passes the review, "Toujiang" will periodically check whether the conditions for "Global Lowest Price" are maintained. If your conditions change, we will remove the "Global Lowest Price" tag. Users will register at the basic price, and we will settle using the basic rate (9% of the total registration fee) for the following orders. Orders placed before the removal of the "Global Lowest Price" tag will not be affected by the rate adjustment. However, we reserve the right to refund orders placed at the "Global Lowest Price" price if the conditions are not met. If you activated the "Global Lowest Price" during festival registration, but the review finds that the criteria are not met, it will not affect your festival's collection status. We will publish your festival at the standard price you set. After adjusting the price, you can notify us for a re-review. Once passed, we will activate the "Global Lowest Price" tag and apply the corresponding policy. If you did not enable the "Global Lowest Price" setting when registering your festival, you can also activate it after the festival goes live and set the price. Once set, please notify us for a review.

"Toujiang Select"

"Toujiang Select" is "Toujiang's" tribute to high-quality global film festivals.

We will consider multiple factors such as the film festival's impact on the film industry, historical reputation, and exhibition philosophy. Based on these factors, we will select the "Toujiang Select" film festivals.

Once your festival becomes a "Toujiang Select," it will display the "Toujiang Select" tag on the homepage of "Toujiang." Additionally, we will provide the following free promotional services:

7 days of exposure on the Toujiang official website homepage and WeChat Mini Program banner; Multiple exclusive social media graphic and text posts. We hope to discover more great films together with you. Additionally, we will reduce the platform service fee by 4%, from 9% to 5%. (This fee includes all costs).
