Your film will automatically withdraw and receive a full refund of the registration fee under the following circumstances:

1. The film festival violates the "TOUJIANG" platform convention and is taken offline indefinitely;
2. The film festival organizer actively requests cancellation and stops hosting the competition and screening for the year;
3. After review by the film festival organizer, your film cannot participate in the competition and screening for the year.

Please note that when the organizer is holding the event normally, you cannot withdraw or refund. Once you register, the organizer will receive your film and start the review process.
