重庆青年电影展
重庆青年电影展(Chongqing Youth Film Festival)于 2014 年成立并获政府立项，现已被《重庆市“十四五”电影业发展规划》列为重点项目，是西部地区中最具规模和影响力的综合性、专业性电影展之一。 影展由重庆市电影局、重庆市文学艺术界联合会、重庆市沙坪坝区人民政府、四川外国语大学联合主办，由重庆市电影家协会、四川外国语大学新闻传播学院（重庆国际传播学院）、重庆市沙坪坝区文化和旅游发展委员会、四川外国语大学教务处、四川外国语大学国际合作与交流处、重庆跳轴影视文化有限公司共同承办，重庆电影集团、重庆市电影制片行业协会共同协办。影展以影像工作者及电影爱好者为主要参与对象，旨在鼓励电影人更好地表达自我、参与艺术创作，助力高品质电影的发展及推广。
过去的 11 年中，我们有幸邀请到谢飞导演担任影展名誉主席，阿尼秋吉担任影展策展顾问，海清、郭晓东、陶红、文淇、杨子姗、郝蕾、孙阳、邓恩熙、黄米依担任历届形象大使；并荣幸地获得了安晓芬、曹保平、陈德森、陈嘉上、方励、高志森、顾桃、关锦鹏、虹影、讲武生、李力持、李睿珺、李霄峰、李杨、李玉、廖希、梅峰、饶曙光、松太加、苏小卫、孙陶、藤井树、万玛才旦、王小帅、王彧、筱原哲雄、忻钰坤、杨超、余伟国、张大磊、郑大圣、张杨、章明、卓伯棠（按拼音首字母排列）等国内外两百余位优秀电影人的肯定与支持。
目前，重庆青年电影展已放映了 1100 余部境内外影片，组织了 900 余场线下活动，先后联动全世界百所高校、30 余个文创园区和多家院线，线下总参与人数已超过50万人次，在线参与达3亿人次，成为青年电影人创作交流的重要平台。

AIGC Short Film Unit
AIGC Short Film Section Film Submission Guidelines： Article 1 A running time of 30 minutes or less, including all credits. Article 2 Entrants of all nationalities are welcome to submit their works. However, all entries, whether submitted domestically or internationally, must strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and must not conflict with them. Article 3 Narrative films are the main focus. Submissions must be legal and compliant, with no topic restrictions. (Advertisements, music videos, and TV specials are excluded.) Article 4 Dialogue languages are unrestricted, but all competition entries must contain burned-in Chinese and English subtitles. Article 5 Films must clearly indicate AI technology used in production(e.g., script generation, image rendering, music synthesis), with AI involvement in at least 30% of the workflow. Article 6 All works must be original creations, where AI-generated content (AIGC) shall not incorporate unmodified third-party copyrighted materials (including but not limited to commercially licensed images, musical compositions, or film clips) without authorization. Article 7 Film that has been completed in the country of origin after July 15, 2023.
